I have rebooked Tirion's Barre yoga class in St Davids . It is a great way to improve my strength and core , using yoga which I love. 
Tirion's fun class , includes great music ,  small weights and a good paced sequence of exercises with poses . All props and mats provided & easy to pre book and pay   . The 45minutes whizzed by and energised me for the rest of the day . I really felt I had achieved something. I hadnt attended before but Tirion  was a very reassuring & calm instructor . Lovely venue & a small friendly class .

What a fantastic class! Really enjoyed it and Tirion was such a great class leader. It was such a tough workout but I felt so good afterwards. 
What was lovely was to see the diversity in the room - it's such an inclusive form of exercise, and even if you have parts of your body you need to be careful with to avoid strain (like me), there is always a gentler alternative to each movement. 
Gutted I live too far away to make regular barre sessions!
